Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir

• A rich and complex wine aged extensively on lees (usually more than 10 years) with layers of dried fruit and toasty roasted nuts. Toffee apple and natural yogurt creaminess are rounded out by subtle complexing oak characters and a tight refreshing acid line.
